Our guest, Sergio Ramos, Orchestra Director at Pebble Hills High School in El Paso, TX joins us to discuss how he creates a community and environment that fosters his high level performing students. This is a two part series of our conversation in which we also discuss teacher demonstration, private/group lessons and the expectations needed for high level playing.
