Observations About My Dogman Encounter - Dogman Encounters Episode 425

Tonight’s guest, Jeremy Wilson, is a police officer and when he was 12, he went with his brother to stay with his grandparents, on their leather leaf fern farm, in Volusia County, Florida, near Pearson, Florida. It was spring break, of 1985. Like they’d normally do, Jeremy and his brother had gone out, after dinner, to spend more time outside before it was time for them to come in for the night. They were in the backyard area of the farm, standing on a dirt road back there, when all of a sudden, they heard a pack of hunting dogs coming their way. The dogs were being very vocal, and it was clear that they were on the trail of something. Not long after the boys heard the dogs, they heard the voices of a group of men that were following the dogs. It was around 8 PM, so dusk had already set in. When the boys had 1st heard the dogs, they were far off in the distance, but they kept getting louder and louder, as they approached, tracking whatever it was they were on the trail of. Before long, the boys saw a dark shape come into view, running through the ferns. To their surprise and shock, the dark figure ran onto the dirt road they were standing on and stopped. The boys had been expecting one of the animals that were known to inhabit the area to appear. None of the animals they were expecting to see run on their back legs, though. This creature WAS running on its back legs, when it appeared. None of the animals that were commonly found in the area, around the farm looked like a Werewolf. This creature did! After stopping on the dirt road, creature looked back, in the direction of the approaching hounds, and then guess where it focused its attention. Yep. That’s right!
