14. The Medicine of Presence - An Eclipse Portal Guide

In this week's episode of Soul Archaeology, Ali Ofstedal brings messages of keeping faith, surrender and grounding. With the energy building of the eclipse this week and throughout the month, it can feel as though there are endings or loss. There are medicinal tools we can find in this time.

While so much is shifting and changing rapidly, eclipses are karmic and usher in what needs to happen for our greatest and highest good. Staying in connection with our bodies and using our innate roots, like a great oak tree, slowing down and coming back to the medicine of presence.

Harnessing the beautiful medicine from the Mystic Shaman deck, Ali shares the essence of Earth and Jaguar cards - channeling a need to focus on reverence and appreciation for the natural gifts that are coming to you now and always.

To transition and prepare our nervous systems for the eclipse season, Ali Ofstedal will be hosting an Eclipse Portal Workshop on Thursday, October 12th via Zoom to help realign the energy, help open the channels for a shamanic quantum journey, as well as provide a projection for the last quarter of 2023.
