NEW - Combat Veterans Allegedly Offered Medically-Assisted Suicide

Mark Meincke is an Award Winning Author, Host of the podcast Operation Tango Romeo, Military Vet. He joins Shane Hewitt for a conversation about Canadian Forces veterans who served in Canada’s military, some of whom allege that Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) offered them Medical Assistance in Dying (MAID) when they were looking for help with their PTSD related mental health. Meincke advocates for significant reform within VAC, including replacing civilian caseworkers with veterans who can better understand the needs of those suffering from war-related trauma.
