I sit down with my friend Brian Ellithorpe. We talk about how he started lifting at a young age and how investing in himself at that age has created a life style habit that continues to this day. Brian shares how his passion for exercise lifting lead him to competitive powerlifting, to building a home gym that allows him to stay consistent despite a full-time job, a second career as a independent photographer and cameraman for RNT calls, and most importantly being a husband and father. We discuss how the home gym allows his kids to be active and see the fun of exercise, and most importantly spending time together!
