Navigating the Minefield of Middle School | Daria Kasatkina on New Life in Australia

Nearly 40 million people are under flood alerts on the East Coast as Hurricane Erin barrels past the U.S. While it's not forecasted to make landfall in the U.S., it's brought tropical storm conditions to parts of North Carolina. CBS News meteorologist Rob Marciano reports. After spending decades in prison for the killings of their parents, Erik and Lyle Menendez will have their parole hearings Thursday and Friday. The two were sentenced following their conviction to life without parole, but in May, a Los Angeles judge reduced the sentence to 50 years to life, opening up the possibility they could be released.
