Ep. 860: The Art of Freediving - Alexander Nilsson

Alexander was in search of something that gave his life meaning, joy and adventure. He found that in freediving. Once he discovered the sport and how much there was to explore, every waking moment became devoted to this newfound passion. He became so good at holding his breath underwater to attempted and got the Swedish freediving record of 85 meters on one breath. Because he calls Sweden home, many of his dives are under the ice.
