Roy also praises Texas for aggressively redistricting to gain more Republican seats, countering Democratic gerrymandering in states like California, Illinois, and Massachusetts. Afterward, Vladimir Putin is a madman, butcher, and killer who’s responsible for invading Ukraine, committing atrocities like kidnapping children and brutalizing civilians, and showing no intent to end the war.
