This is your space to pause - to step away from the noise of everyday life and land back in yourself.

Every month, we meet live on Zoom for 2 hours of breathwork and energy healing. Malin will guide you through a journey with your breath - helping you drop out of your head, into your body, and into your heart. Jonas will hold the space with group energy healing, supporting you to release what’s heavy, restore your balance, and feel more like you again.

You don’t need any experience - just a safe spot to lie down, your willingness to show up for yourself, and maybe a blanket and a glass of water. We’ll take care of the rest.

Some sessions feel soft and nourishing. Others are deep and powerful. Sometimes there’s laughter, sometimes there are tears - often both. That’s the beauty of it.

It’s not about “fixing” yourself. It’s about creating space to feel, to let go, to remember.

To breathe, to heal, to come home 🫶🏼

If you can’t join us live, we’ll upload the recording afterwards - and because we’re working with energy, time and distance don’t matter. You’ll still receive exactly what you need.

We’ll also share the tools we use and invite other beautiful humans to share their magic with us. This is a living, breathing space and you’re part of it.
