Diagnosed at five with ADHD and raising three neurodivergent kids, Amy brings both lived experience and practical strategies for building rhythms that actually work for the ADHD brain.

My guest today is Brittany Flammer, a financial coach, mom of 5 ages 6 to 15, and an avid budgeter. After years of living near the poverty line with 5 kids, Brittany figured out how to budget and win with money. With an average income of $37k/year her net worth is now over $800k.
