As we step into September, we begin to feel a shift in season. Autumn is gently beckoning, inviting us to draw our energy inwards and gather what we need to sustain us in the darker months ahead. This meditation takes you on a journey to the root chakra – the foundation of your being – to help you anchor back to yourself. Through grounding and centering, you’ll connect to stability, safety, and the energy you need to move into this new season with strength and presence. Take this time to pause, breathe, and root deeply into yourself as the wheel of the year turns.❤️
