22:An ancient practice that activates a dormant sexuality (Deer Exercise)

Women's health, well-being, vitality, and sexual energy can be boosted and cultivated through one simple, yet potent, daily practice. It takes just a few minutes but, if done regularly, the results are not only long-lasting but pleasurable evident, and enjoyable.

In this episode, Erika explains in detail why and how the Deer Exercise, one of the best-known women's exercises from the Taoist tradition, practiced for at least 4500 years, will benefit your sexuality and your health.

The Deer exercise works through the endocrine system helping to naturally and gently balance the hormones and cycles, turning uncomfortable bottled-up sexual desire into relaxed, enjoyable sensuality, improving sexual enjoyment. It also helps with premenstrual symptoms, irregular and painful periods, lumpy breasts, and polycystic ovarian syndrome. If you don't menstruate, you will benefit as much from this practice, as it increases your overall vitality, your sensuality and sexuality, and it deepens your connection to your emotions and your physical body specifically your pussy and your sexual organs.
