More about today’s guest: Dilek Caner is a wine educator and has taught classes at Institute of Culinary Education, American Sommelier Association and her own company, Dallas Wine Education Center. Prior to becoming a full-time educator, she has worked at Wine & Spirits Magazine and has been a sommelière at Restaurant Alain Ducasse in New York. She also holds a Ph.D. in Economics from New York University. Dilek is the first Turkish Master of Wine.
