Hello Hello Hello

I know it has been awhile. I thought a lot during the month of about the podcast and what is happening with it.

I have decided to mix it up a bit, first it might not be every week, I think for the next little bit it will be every other Wednesday. If things change I will let you know and we will go back to every week.

I have a bit of an update in this episode chatting about my month and the changes.
