Less than 24 hours later her body is found near a local hiking trail, the Ma & Pa Trail in Bel Air, Maryland.  The Harford County Sheriff’s Office is requesting assistance in identifying the suspect in relation to the homicide of Rachel Hannah Morin.  The unknown male is approximately 5′ 09″, 160 pounds, 20-30 years of age, dark hair, muscular build, and is believed to be of Hispanic descent.  A photo of the suspect was captured six months ago.  We will post this photo on our social accounts.  This individual is believed to have ties to the Los Angeles area and may have been involved in violent crimes in other states.
