CULT MOM LORI VALLOW MURDERS 4, BLAMES “MEDIA, SAYS DEAD CHILDREN “VISIT” HER

CULT MOM LORI VALLOW MURDERS 4, BLAMES “MEDIA, SAYS DEAD CHILDREN “VISIT” HER

In less than seven hours of deliberations, twelve Idaho jurors found Lori Vallow guilty of killing her two children and her current husband’s then-wife. Vallow then faced charges of conspiring to kill Brandon Boudreaux, her niece's ex-husband. It took a jury less then 30 minutes to convict her in that trial. It was Vallow's third criminal trial in less than three years. Vallow has been convicted in the deaths of her children, Tylee Ryan and JJ Vallow, and Tammy Daybell, her current husband, Chad Daybell’s, first wife, as well as her former husband Charles. He was killed the morning of July 11. Charles Vallow goes to Lori’s rental home in Chandler, Arizona, to pick up JJ for school. Alex Cox, Lori’s brother, is also there. Within an hour, Vallow is lying in a pool of blood, shot by Alex Cox. Cox claims self-defense and is not charged. East Idaho News Reporter Nate Eaton has been following the case since JJ and Tylee went missing, and interviews Lori Vallow behind bars. FRIDAY NIGHT SPECIAL: Lady Diddy Wants Out of Jail, Ghislaine Maxwell Appeals Conviction

FRIDAY NIGHT SPECIAL: Lady Diddy Wants Out of Jail, Ghislaine Maxwell Appeals Conviction

Ghislaine Maxwell was convicted for her role in a scheme to sexual exploit and abuse multiple minor girls with financier Jeffrey Epstein. Specifically the charges were conspiracy to entice minors to travel to engage in illegal sex acts, conspiracy to transport minors to participate in illegal sex acts, transporting a minor to participate in illegal sex acts, sex trafficking conspiracy, and sex trafficking of a minor. Prosecutors alleged from at least 1994 to 2004, Maxwell knowingly recruited, groomed, and ultimately abused victims under the age of 18. Some were as young as 14. Facts laid out in court proved Maxell befriended victims by asking them about their lives, and taking them to the movies or on shopping trips. Then, provided guidance for how to deal with Epstein, as in giving massages which lead to sexual acts. Maxwell was sentenced to 20-years. Maxwell first appealed her conviction, but the Appeals Court denied her motion. Now Ghislaine Maxwell has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn her sex trafficking conviction, arguing she was covered by a non-prosecution agreement the government made with her former lover, Jeffrey Epstein. The Supreme Court has not yet ruled on Ghislaine Maxwell's appeal, and has not even decided whether to take the case. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

PROSECUTOR'S DEAL WITH THE DEVIL, CRIES IN COURT: KOHBERGER GUILTY

PROSECUTOR'S DEAL WITH THE DEVIL, CRIES IN COURT: KOHBERGER GUILTY

Bryan Kohberger, in court this week, admits he killed four University of Idaho students: Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle, and Ethan Chapin. Kohberger agreed to a plea deal when the death penalty was taken off the sentencing table. Family members of the victims were divided about the plea, some saying justice for their loved one was denied. During a court hearing, we learned that Bryan Kohberger did not plan to murder four people. He had a target. We don't know who that target was, but reports say Kohberger allotted on paper what happened that night, and after his sentencing, that information could be made public. Sentencing for Kohberger is later this month. CRY-BABY DIDDY: Diddy No Bail

CRY-BABY DIDDY: Diddy No Bail

Sean "Diddy" Combs remains in jail after the split verdict in his sex trafficking trial. Next Tuesday, a bail hearing is planned for Combs, who hopes to be released until his October sentencing. Defense attorneys are pushing for a more expedited sentencing, but prosecutors say a pre-sentencing investigation is absolutely necessary in this case. Subramanian also pointed to the stark difference in the defense and prosecution’s sentencing requests as a reason to delay. Prosecutors arguments against bail are simple: detention is mandatory because he violated the Mann Act, and Combs has demonstrated over and over that he will continue to commit crimes despite any brushes with the law. Defense attorneys argue that Combs should be considered an exception to required bail, citing the conditions of the prison and responsibilities as a father and son as reasons for his release. In addition to letters from prosecutors and defense attorneys in regard to a bail decision for Sean Combs, both Cassie Ventura and Deonte Nash write letters begging the judge to consider the safety of those who testified and keep Sean Combs behind bars. Both Ventura and Nash told the judge they feared retribution after taking the stand against the mogul. Nash wrote, “If he is released now, I have no doubt he will see it as yet another license to continue intimidating, threatening, and harming people who challenge or expose him.” Joining Nancy Grace today: Troy Slaten - Los Angeles Criminal Defense Attorney, Slaten Lawyers; Twitter @TroySlaten Dr. Shari Schwartz -Forensic Psychologist (specializing in Capital Mitigation and Victim Advocacy),  www.panthermitigation.com, Twitter: @TrialDoc, Author: "Criminal Behavior" and "Where Law and Psychology Intersect: Issues in Legal Psychology" Dr. DeWayne Hendrix - Former Associate Warden at the MDC in Brooklyn, and former Senior Warden with the US Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, Founder and President of A New Daylight Foundation, Author: "Who Are You?
