01. Doctors With Borders: Dr. Zandra Palma, MD and What TED Doesn't Want You To Know

Dr. Zandra Palma, MD is our go-to guru in the world of functional and environmental medicine. But this isn't your run-of-the-mill health chat. Dr. Palma dishes out tips on protecting your immune system that are so straightforward and budget-friendly, you'll have no excuse not to try them out. She’s got the lowdown on wellness hacks that even your grandma would approve of, no fancy-schmancy products required. But that’s not even the most fascinating part. We’ll get into Dr. Palma’s recent TED Talk, which ruffled some feathers for reasons that will leave you scratching your head. Yep, banned. As in, "too hot for TED." We unpack what led to the ban and how it's only fanned the flames for Dr. Palma to keep spreading her no-nonsense advice. Even if you think "toxins" is just a buzzword, this episode will enlighten you—with a side of intrigue.
