Irish 1500m record holder Andrew Corscoran crashed the party to take out Zatopek:10 in 27:56.37, ahead of Jack Rayner who took out his third consecutive 10000m National Championship in 27.57.87 ahead of Pat Tiernan who lead the tempo for most of the race. Lauren Ryan won her first 10000m National Championship in a race where the pace stemmed and flowed several times to win ahead of Holly Campbell and the pre-race favourite Rose Davies. Matt Ramsden outlasted Jessie Hunt and Cameron Myers in the 3000m for a photo finish win in 8:00.20. Maudie Skyring announced herself to win the Open 3000m in 8:55.39, pulling away from Irish runner Jodie McCann and Box Hill’s Stella Radford. Bendere Oboya took out the 600m in 1:26.34 just narrowly missing the national record. Claudia Hollingsworth took out the Ondieki U20 3000m in 9:29.13 while Peyton Craig from Queensland won the De Castella U20 3000m in 8:18.17.
