Daily monitoring and the industry’s cautious approach to performance enhancement with Phil Glasgow

This week’s guest on the Pacey Performance Podcast is Phil Glasgow, Head of Physio and Rehabilitation for Irish Rugby. Phil is here to talk about centralised programmes, how to build them, and what the major challenges are. He also mentions areas that are best not to be centralised, and the key lessons to take away from centralised programmes that coaches can apply themselves.
