Johnny talks to us about what he’s bringing to the Flyers, different techniques, fundamentals, and strategies he’s teaching, getting the job with Philadelphia, and working with Oliver Bonk, Nic Deslauriers, and others. Moving along Garbs tells us about his heart and work ethic, how he sleeps the night before a fight and his religious beliefs, how much film he watches to prepare for a fight, BKFC Ice Wars, and his theatrics before a fight. Wrapping up "Cannoli" tells us about getting kicked out of many schools growing up, developing an interest for culinary arts, and how he started fighting.
