Paid ads work so so well -- but make them niche and trust your voice to speak to the right people in the algorithm (again, be a genuine human)
Speak to your followers to encourage community. “People like us do things like this,” “you and I know” “If you've been here for a while” “Ok you already know this because of course you do…” “As we’ve talked about before” “Hi friends…” And then ask for the follow right up top in the caption
Educators are IN, influencers are OUT (algorithms are noticing a disinterest in posts marked with the mandatory #ad and are deprioritizing these posts — plus we’re bored of them)
