Before her death, she and Rina Oh were locked in dueling lawsuits: Oh had filed a defamation suit accusing Giuffre of falsely portraying her as an Epstein recruiter and fraud, while Giuffre counter-sued alleging that Oh had physically and sexually abused her in Epstein’s presence, leaving lasting scars
