IMPACT STORY: You know what, now that I think about it some more, it does come down to price, but it’s price and then something extra. Let’s call it “Price +”. That something extra can be as simple as how I am greeted in the lobby or the salutation when I join the conference call right before we get into the heart of the agenda. What I appreciate about working with you and the team is that something extra. Yes, we all have deadlines, and pressures, and demands, but we’re still human beings. We can choose to be… in effect, we can be present in the moment and share a real greeting.
