13 | Psychedelic therapy with Clare Johnson

In this episode, Nadia interviews her former therapist and mentor, Clare Johnson, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is evolving her practice to include psychedelic assisted therapy, or the use of mind-altering substances and subsequent integration to incite deeper therapeutic healing and catharsis for individuals and groups. "Psychedelic” literally means to make your soul visible. Derived from the Greek psyche ("soul"), and deloun ("to make visible").

In this episode, Clare discusses how the use of psychedelic medicine can reconnect you with the parts of yourself that you do your best to avoid in daily life, ultimately bringing you into greater wholeness and wellbeing.
