On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, President Donald Trump joins Mark to talk about the soft treatment President Biden is getting for committing actual crimes and mishandling classified documents. The people are seeing how obvious the weaponization of the Department of Justice is now and how law enforcement is doing everything they can to protect Biden while they did everything, they could to attack Trump. Also, a special council has finally been appointed to investigate Biden’s classified documents after a third document dump, and there is already an effort by the press pushing a narrative that compares it to Trump’s Mar-A-Lago raid. Trump was doing everything but obstructing justice – he offered FBI access, were negotiating and did not hear from FBI or DOJ for months until a SWAT team showed up while he was out of town – a grotesque act by Merrick Garland and Chris Wray. There has been no SWAT team, no warrant, and no affidavit that we know of for Biden, and the secret service won’t even release who has visited his house in Wilmington, DE. Garland knew about Biden’s classified documents in his garage at the time he appointed a special council for Trump. The espionage act was never meant to be applied to the President because he has plenary power to declassify, but the Vice President does not have that power because they are not head of the executive branch. On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, a second batch of classified documents were found by President Biden aides in a second location separate from Biden’s Washington office according to a leak to NBC News. A special council was appointed to investigate President Trump in November while at the same time AG Garland was aware of Biden’s missing classified documents. They kept Biden’s documents a secret and covered it up through the Midterm election and beyond as they continued to pursue Trump. While they’re pointing the finger at Trump, they should be pointing at themselves, and the media and all past presidents and vice presidents know it. Bill Barr, Eric Holder, and Hillary Clinton, all know it too. We have the coverup, the lack of a special counsel, and we have a situation where more documents can still be out there. Also, we have a handful of individuals who are trying to re-write the definition of conservatism and its role in national defense, playing the role of a new Aristotle. This isolationist movement existed prior to World War 2, which caused us to not be ready when Japan attacked us at Pearl Harbor because our military and our training was not adequate. The isolationist crowd was dead wrong to ignore the facts then just as it is now. Communist China now is a nation preparing for war with technology they’ve stolen from us, with a serious navy and air force. China is consuming Hong Kong and Taiwan while setting up military bases within striking distance of America. To ignore what Xi is saying and what China is doing is insane. Later, the FAA had to shut down their entire system, the first airline shutdown of this size since 9/11. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg is supposed to be in charge but he’s never around and always has an excuse. On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, U.S intelligence memos and briefing materials related to Ukraine, Iran, and UK were found in Biden’s office, and the democrat media mouthpieces have already received their talking points from the White House to cover it up. This is a battle between liberty and tyranny, and the democrats and their media mouthpieces have made it clear in their treatment of Biden that they support tyranny. AG Merrick Garland hasn’t had a press event about this yet, and has covered it up since before the midterm elections and beyond. Biden has had these documents since between 2013 and 2016, documents he took while he was vice president, and this information has not been reviewed by a special council or independent authority. Even now the treatment of Biden is completely opposite of how Donald Trump was; the unconstitutional treatment of Trump is being exposed by how lightly Biden is being handled now. We finally have a Republican Majority in the House to have people like James Comer and Jim Jordan finally investigate Biden. Also, Mark is joined by James Trusty and Fred Fleitz to discuss the Biden documents and how terribly Trump was treated in comparison. Then, the Fairfax, VA school district changed their system from merit-based to one that discriminates based on race without the parents or students knowing, and most importantly without the state attorney knowing either. Hundreds of Chicago public school teachers assaulted, groomed, or raped students last year, and received over 600 misconduct allegations. On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, classified documents from Joe Biden during his vice presidency were found at the Penn Biden Center in Washington D.C. The FBI is involved with the inquiry, with 10 classified documents from Biden’s VP office at the center of the investigation. The presidential records acts requires all documents to be turned over to National Archives to keep information secure, which Biden clearly did not, but he won’t be raided and attacked like President Trump. There is no way in hell that presidents haven’t taken documents with them; Obama, Bush, Gore, Cheney all probably kept documents too. Also, the new House rules we’ve heard talked about on TV and radio were agreed to months ago, which is why the majority of the Freedom Caucus wasn’t going along with the other 20 Republicans protesting Kevin McCarthy. It wasn’t 20 patriots going up against 200, because most of the 200 already had what they needed. In reality it was some people using this to get more power, and some who just hate McCarthy. They simply couldn’t take out McCarthy with another candidate, so they went back to negotiating rules and demanding committees. On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, of the 20 Republican holdouts in the House there are those who want to cut a deal, those so far in the weeds it’s not clear, and then those who have personal animosity for Kevin McCarthy and will take no deal. Meanwhile President Biden is about to give out massive amnesty, and we don’t have a Republican house of representatives to fight it. Whatever deal may come from this holdout in the House doesn’t matter now, because the damage has already been done. We believe in representative government, not majority or minority control, but when you start to cannibalize your own, nothing good can come from it. Many of the Republican holdouts are enjoying their publicity stunt and getting as much time on TV as possible, while many conservatives get no face time whatsoever. This isn’t how a republic, or a democracy is supposed to work; everything going on right now in the House isn’t in the Constitution. Also, Biden announced a new program to take in 30,000 migrants per month in an effort to crack down on illegal immigration. We have existing federal immigration laws, so why not enforce them? Instead, Biden is promoting an app for migrants to apply for asylum in advance. Biden has never visited the southern border as president, or even in the 50 years he’s been in Washington, because he wants this crisis to happen.
