On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, we are on the precipice of a grave Constitutional crisis. Preemptive pardons by President Biden could be the most egregious assault on our constitutional system yet. A preemptive pardon corrupts the language as it corrupts the law. If Biden does this there would be no choice but to impeach him. The purpose wouldn’t be to remove him from office - it’s the process that should be triggered to make it clear that what he's doing is a high crime. Also, people say that this election was about the middle class – no it wasn’t. This election was about we the people vs them. When you steal our bill of rights your income doesn’t matter. Later, Sen Joni Ernst is leading the campaign against Pete Hegseth. So much of what's being said about Hegseth are lies. He’d be a great Secretary of Defense and that’s why they want to stop him. We cannot allow a handful of Republican Senators to sabotage Hegseth’s nomination. Finally, Daniel Penny has been treated unfairly, especially after the fact that he saved people on a subway train. New York City is not safe, and it’s so bad that there are many people getting hurt, killed, robbed, and attacked. On Thursday’s Mark Levin’s Show, WMAL's Larry O’Connor fills in for Mark tonight, and he discusses how John Thune’s office should bend over backwards to help President Trump to lock in the best team from his picks as possible. Trump’s stunning win is a perfect example of the love that this country has for him and that he is needed. In addition, asylum seekers are a huge problem as the radical left and RINO's have done everything they can to allow asylum them to come into the country without proper vetting. Also, Joni Ernst does not agree with Pete Hegseth being the Secretary Of Defense. She claims that he does not have the experience to be the Secretary Of Defense and considers him to be a bad choice due to his strong support for avoiding women to be in the Military. Lastly, Justice Sonia Sotomayor supports the fact that young children’s genders are being scientifically engineered to be the sex they claim to be. She supports pre-pubescent boys and girls in taking chemical hormones that reverse their natural gender development that they were born with. It is insane that she is pushing for this as a Judge who can make critical decisions about this issue and it is outrageous that she is in the position to pass laws on this. On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, how many times do we conservatives sit and watch the Democrat party, the media, and the ruling class in D.C. tear into and destroy our people? Now they’re going after Pete Hegseth because he would make a great Secretary of Defense – that’s why they want to stop him. Their other target, right now, is Kash Patel. They say that he will use the FBI to go after journalists. These attacks on Hegseth, Patel, and others are attacks on President-Elect Trump because they can't get to Trump. Trump’s nominees need to stand strong. Also, the Biden administration is talking about preemptive pardons - just in case. If this isn't the conduct of a dictator we don’t know what is. They are telling us that the Biden crime family circle is so big and involves so many people that they are working vigorously to figure out who to put on the list. Finally, our generation will be remembered for mutilating kids. During oral arguments, Liberal Justices compared transgender medical treatments to aspirin and also compared bans on sex changes for children to barring interracial marriage. On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, President-Elect Trump should get the cabinet and nominees he wants but if Mark sees a person that concerns him, he’ll speak out. It’s a good thing that Chad Chronister withdrew his name from the DEA nomination. He had a terrible background. Trump is trying to nominate Constitutionalists but Democrats and RINO’s have a problem with nominees who want to re-constitutionalize government. Now, more smears against Pete Hegseth are coming out and Congressmen like Lindsey Graham are falling for it. This is unacceptable. Also, back in September of 2023, Mark predicted that President Biden was going to pardon Hunter in between the election and inauguration. Joe had to pardon Hunter to cover his ass. Finally, some are saying that Biden should pardon Trump. For what? For illegitimate indictments and convictions in a rouge courtroom? Their Marxist agenda is all about power, and they’re willing to tear America apart to keep it. In addition, Hunter Biden’s troubles are just the tip of the iceberg. Mark predicted months ago that Joe Biden would pardon his son, despite denying it time and time again. Now, after pardoning Hunter for gun and tax evasion charges, it’s clear: Joe Biden is a liar and has been for his entire political career. He gets away with it because everyone around him lies too, his administration, the media, the politicians. Lastly, Democrats attack patriots like Pete Hegseth and Kash Patel for their past, yet they excuse Hunter’s criminal actions due to his struggles with addiction. The Democrats have long been the party of scandals, Clinton, Kennedy, Chappaquiddick but now they’re afraid of real patriots who stand for America? To top it all off, the illegal migrants who are convicted felons are still roaming the sanctuary cities, especially New York. Every nominee for Attorney General by a Republican president has been attacked or called controversial. The Democrat party believes it owns all the bureaucracy, especially the DOJ. Democrats don’t want the DOJ reformed - they liked what it did to President Trump. The Democrat Party says they want to work in a bipartisan way, but Rep Jamie Raskin and Rep Hakeem Jeffries prove that’s all for show. Good thing they have no role in her nomination. Also, Gen Mark Milley is the latest to smear Pete Hegseth. Milley should have resigned in shame after his surrender in Afghanistan. Every patriot that Trump nominates is under attack. Trump is picking people who aren’t part of the swamp and that upsets the Democrats. Later, it used to be when men went into women’s bathrooms they would be arrested - now they have civil rights. How sick is the is educational bureaucracy?
