Meditation Monday: Voice Power Affirmations

My loves, welcome to a new week and another Meditation Monday on The Kirsty Gallagher Podcast. Each week, I will bring you a short meditation or practice to set you up for the week ahead. You can revisit this meditation as many times as you like.

This week, Mercury meets Jupiter and Chiron, asking you to express your truth and heal through communication - so it's perfect that we move to your throat chakra. I did a meditation earlier in the year to help you to heal, clear and open your throat chakra (you'll find it linked below). And so this week, I'm sharing with you some affirmations to find the power of your voice. Repeat these out loud, if you can, every day this week, and feel the power and energy of these words vibrating right through your throat, clearing any blocks and helping you to really free the power of your voice and express yourself fully. ❤️
