Alisha Gupta is the founder of Beauty in Balance, a community for multi-hyphenates pursuing both career and passion. Balancing strategy consulting, professional dance, speaking, and content creation, she created the platform to help others thrive in that “Hannah Montana life”—where professions and passions coexist. In just eight months, Alisha has grown Beauty in Balance to 32,000+ engagements, launched a bi-weekly newsletter, hosted curated creator events, and partnered with 15+ brands and local talents. She has also spoken nationally, including at Google’s Leadership Symposium and the film premiere of Empire Waist, on topics like imposter syndrome, identity, and non-traditional career paths.
