Thank you so much for joining me on todays show... I believe that each one of us has dealt with or is dealing with loss in their life in one way or another.

Whether it is the loss of a special human in your life, a tradition, place or a thing... Loss is loss... and it hits each of us for different reasons in different ways.

There is no "right time" to make the shift to healing this part of our experience.. but I would like to share with you my story of how loss effected my life in very powerful and negative ways... Until I was left to ask some very important questions.

Each of these realizations ultimately lead me to allow more gratitude and peace in my life around what was for years the most difficult time of the year..

I hope this story allow the potential for the same inner peace it has granted me... So much love to each and every one of you!!
