Hi friends!! In today's episode, I am answering one of my most commonly asked questions "Brenna how do I stop getting attached so quickly and so easily???????". Now, I don't think there is just a one size fits all answer but I do go over all of the things that can make us get attached and boundaries you can place to stop it from happening!
