Go Running Before It's Too Late, Joseph Gray pt 1 / DEKA

Yancy: There may come a day when I can't run anymore, but I can still do it right now. So I do it. I run just about everywhere I go.

Joe Gray: But ultimately too, I need to stay in shape because I want to beat my son for a few more years. He's slowly catching up.

Today, Yancy and Joseph Gray talk about finding the spark to run, having an activity to do until you physically can't anymore after a long life, and using it to better your life and for those around you. Today, you'll learn about:

How to push yourself in a way that brings you gratification like nothing else
Getting lost in the magical feeling of the trail
One day there will be a day you can't run anymore, enjoy physical things while you can

Joseph Gray is one of the most accomplished professional trail and mountain runners on the planet. He is a 9-Time World CHAMPION, 31-time USA National team member and 2016 & 2019 World Mountain Running Champion, the American record holder at the Mount Washington Road Race, 2012 XTERRA Trail Run World Championships co-winner, and he is a 16-Time USA National Champion.
