Practicing Embodiment with Emily Fletcher

Today's Life Question of the Week comes from someone who has broken up with their romantic partner, who is also their business partner, due to betrayal, and wants to know how to continue the business relationship and regain the ability to trust them.

Next, Michael sits down with Emily Fletcher. Emily is the founder of Ziva Meditation, an international speaker, the author of the best-selling book "Stress Less, Accomplish More," and the host of the new podcast, Why Isn't Everyone Doing This? A formerly stressed Broadway performer going gray at 27, Emily was desperate for a solution when she found meditation which immediately cured her insomnia and anxiety. Her transformation was so dramatic that she quit acting, went to India, and studied the ancient tools Ziva students swear by today. Over the past three years, she has dedicated herself to developing innovative embodiment practices that empower individuals to transmute stress into boundless joy.

During their engaging and joyful conversation, Michael and Emily talk about embodied and mindful manifesting, sacred sexuality, meditation for "high performance," pleasure prayer, the power of building up your body's bliss chemicals and dedicating them to your dream, her new podcast - and a lot more!
