21. All you need to know about crystals with Jana Stern

This week’s guest and crystal love is Jana Stern who is a certified Life Activation™ practitioner, metaphysical energetic healer, meditation guide, clairvoyant, and self love councillor. Working with energy and crystals has been a life-long love affair for her. Jana has been on her personal healing journey of her unique version of being human, which included some mental unwellness & eating disorders in her teens and early 20s.
