Even if one does not believe in ghosts, one must at least be intrigued by the stories surrounding San Diego's Whaley House. According to countless polls and opinions of those in the know, it is the most haunted house in the United States. Don't believe it? Even the U.S. Department of Commerce lists the building as an authentic Haunted House.
