Episode 193 - Rob and Dana Linn Bailey with Matt Vincent

Dana Linn Bailey is an American IFBB Pro fitness and figure competitor (physique category). She is the winner of Joe Weider's Olympia in 2013. Dana Linn was recruited to play soccer for West Chester University, as a starting defender and help lead her team to NCAA's and playoffs. When she graduated from college, she made the transition to lifting.

She entered her first figure competition in 2006 at the Lehigh Valley Championships and competed in figure up until 2010. She taught Physical Education at Conrad Weiser Middle School in Robesonia Pennsylvania until 2007, when she retired to focus on her career. In 2010, she decided to participate in the very FIRST Physique show, which was 2011, JR. USA's in Charleston, SC. She won overall, received her IFBB pro card, and became the first women's physique pro in the NPC/IFBB.

Dana has made countless appearances since competing in events such as the Fit Expo and guest poses at the Flex Lewis Classic. Alongside these guest appearances, DLB has taken up several other competitions like the American Ninja Warrior, has gotten to Nationals and The Arnold Classic for Powerlifting, and lastly participated in the Brute Showdown Women's edition alongside Brooke Ence, Maddy Forberg and Mattie Rogers.

Rob Bailey defines the term entrepreneur. He developed an interest for sewing at the age of 7, and by the time he was in high school, he was designing, creating, and selling his own clothing. In college, he shifted his pursuits from football to becoming an executive chef at a Michelin restaurant, then a career at QVC. He founded his brand and clothing line Flag Nor Fail in 2008 out of his garage, while simultaneously pursuing music, releasing his first album in 2012. In 2015 he founded a supplement company called Run Everything Labs and currently is building a real estate business of unique Air BnB's, warehouses, and real estate.

Matt Vincent is known for being a two-time Highland Games World Champion and strength athlete. He spent more than 10 years competing in powerlifting, strongman, weightlifting and Highland Games. Although his knee injury caused him to have a total knee replacement and remove himself from competing completely, Matt will continue to share his fitness passion through seminars, book writing, fitness apparel and podcast. In Matt's first book, Training Lab, he spelled out the philosophy of "The HVIII," and tried to capture the spirit of self-improvement through self-loathing. This idea would serve as the spark that led to HVIII Brand Goods and a ton of adventures. Matt chronicles his travels and conversations with people in the strength game and beyond on his podcast UMSO.
