New Year Guided Journey Pt 3

In this guided journey series we will be releasing 4 guided journeys to let go, bring in, and help you set your conscious intentions for 2020! *See below for journal question prompts* Have a journal and pen next to you, as we have a list of questions for you to write down and answer after listening to the recorded journey.

In our final guided Reiki journey of this series, you are merging your past and future self with your present self. So far we have journeyed to observe the path behind us and ahead of us with expanded perceptions. Today, we invite you to take a pause to go inward and observe where you are in the present. As you observe your present self in this Reiki journey, Colleen guides you to Eagle vision, to perceive your path from high above, then to Mouse vision, to see the details of your path right now. From your expanded perceptions, you connect with your past, future and present self, bringing all three together, to discover your next step.

Have a journal and pen ready for after the recorded journey, to write down and answer the questions below.

1. How are you feeling in this season of your life? In this moment?

2. What are you celebrating? What are you grateful for?

3. How is your present self different from your past and future self?

4. How is your present self similar to your past and future self?

5. What are your gifts and talents? How can they guide your next step?

6. How can you use Reiki to assist you on your path?

As a final wrap-up to this series we will be posting a guided Reiki journey to release old stories, limiting beliefs, cords to the past and restrictions. We will then discover our intentions for 2020!
