If you have been experiencing anxiety or you have an anxiety disorder of any type, it is huge, especially around women. If you do not address your anxiety, as you get older, that is going to follow you throughout your life and manifest itself in your addiction to pornography.

Anybody experiences anxiety. The difference between them and you is that they know how to act in spite of their anxiety and that's all you need to do regardless of how high or how intense your anxiety may be. Understand that you can act in spite of it as long as keep doing it on a consistent basis.
