'The Art of Doing Deals'

One of the highest value skill sets you can achieve as a Property Entrepreneur is the ability to understand how to effectively structure a deal and how to successfully execute it in practice.

There's a huge difference between an offer and a sale. If you want to do lucrative deals today and build a sustainable, long term reputation and ability to do these tomorrow, you need to understand the mindset, mantra and methodology of 'Everyone's a Winner'.

In this podcast, I'm going to take you through how focusing on the mindset and objective of 'Everyone's a Winner' for everything you do in business, property and deals will enable you to not only step up above the masses but will enable you to do consistently good deals and make consistently good returns on a short, medium and long term basis.

The one thing we're looking for when we're structuring deals is Win Win Win. Whilst most people are driven by emotion and personal objectives, when you can change the tact, revert to logic and work with first principles, the simple mindset of Win Win Win and 'Everyone's a Winner' is what will get you ahead in 2022.
