In this podcast Max talks about a €13 million commercial deal they bought from the receivers. It certainly wasn't straight forward, with many challenges to overcome but they secured it after 9 months.

Max elaborates on his background and time on Property Entreprenuer, as well as sharing how he sourced this huge 176,000 sq ft deal, the issues faced and how they overcame them.

Max then discusses the value adds that will add €7 million+ value to this deal and his Top 3 Tips for success.
