Ep. 883: Using Financial Independence to Fuel a Life of Adventure - Revisited - Chris Mamula

Financial independence and adventure: Chris Mamula's path to retiring at 41 from physical therapy, building a frugal lifestyle with simple steps to make adventures more realistic, frequent, and funded without credit cards or heavy sponsorship reliance.

Episode originally aired - July 12, 2019

With any adventure, finances have to be part of the planning. That planning can begin months or years before the adventure even begins. Some folks decide to put it all on a credit card. Others knock on the door of hundreds of potential sponsors to pay for their trips while others just decide to suffer immensely on the adventure because of lack of funds (been there, done that).

Doesn't it make more sense to build a frugal and thoughtful lifestyle that allows adventures to be more realistic, more often? Chris Mamula joins us today to talk about some very easy and key steps that anyone can do to help make adventures more possible in their lives.

Chris is an avid adventurer and has achieved financial independence and decided to retire from physical therapy at age 41, giving him years of possible adventures for himself and his family.
