READY, SET, GO! This is an episode dedicated to running. You will hear Jerky, Key, and Phil, talk about how they got hooked into running - did they choose running or did running choose them? They also divulged their humble beginnings (they all had to start with something) in doing the sport, preferences, and some personal tips they had learned from years of running. The three hosts had a lot to say and it’s a good thing Angela is there to moderate and contain the excitement of the three runner hosts, even just by a little bit.
