Andrea Canning catches up with Keith Morrison about his latest episode, “A Little Patch of Perfect.” When wealthy Atlanta lawyer Gary Farris was found dead in a burn pile on his estate in 2018, police wondered if he had fallen into the fire while tending it. But a further investigation revealed a family full of secrets and grudges, which led authorities to believe Gary had been killed by one of his own. Keith and Andrea discuss different theories about the murder and the victim’s reference to Dateline before his death. Plus, Keith shares a podcast-exclusive clip from an interview with the 11th-hour witness whose testimony shook up the killer’s trial.
