For Chicago, Caleb Williams has issues holding onto the football for too long and oftentimes overlooks the easy play for the dramatic one. Can the Bears organization rely on him to execute their offense regardless of who is hired as head coach? Meanwhile for Seattle, Geno Smith has been good but not great all season long.
