My loves, welcome to a new week and another Meditation Monday on The Kirsty Gallagher Podcast. Each week, I will bring you a short meditation or practice to set you up for the week ahead. You can revisit this meditation as many times as you like.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been journeying together through the chakras - moving step by step from root to crown. Remember, these meditations are always here for you to revisit whenever you feel called to realign or deepen your practice.

This week, we arrive at the Crown Chakra, your connection to your higher self and to the universe itself. This chakra opens the doorway to divine guidance, unity, and spiritual expansion, helping you remember that you are always supported and part of something greater. Join me as we meditate on the crown, opening to higher wisdom and allowing light and clarity to flow through.❤️
