It's not just the mug shot making headlines…the former president says he's an incredible 30 pounds lighter than when in office. But could that possibly be true? And fences may make good neighbors…however, cameras keep them honest. When a family suspected a disgruntled neighbor might be behind the noxious fumes they kept smelling, they set up a camera. And Steven Fabian says they were stunned by what they saw. Plus, we're learning more about the shooting at a popular neighborhood bar that left three people dead. The shooter was a retired police sergeant in the middle of a divorce and he was targeting his estranged wife. She was hit in the face but survived, now her friend who was with her is telling Inside Edition about the terrifying moment. Health officials have sent out an advisory for anyone who attended a mud race competition in Sonoma County, California. Former President Trump's fourth indictment will provide his first ever mug shot, in fact the first mug shot for any president in U.S. history. He's heading to Georgia to be formally arrested on multiple charges he tried to interfere with the 2020 Presidential Election in the state. Rudy Giuliani who turned himself in to be booked on charges in connection with efforts to throw out the 2020 Georgia presidential vote today. Former President Trump and the other defendants have until Friday to surrender to the Fulton County sheriff. Although, Giuliani has told the court he's out of money…he arrived in Atlanta via private jet. And the man who led a coup attempt against Vladimir Putin is presumed to be dead. Yevgeny Prigozhin was listed among the passengers on board a plane that was shot down just north of Moscow. Ever since the failed rebellion, many have considered Prigozhin a “dead man walking.”    Plus, she's the young woman who shoved an old lady who later died. The victim was a much loved vocal coach whose death made headlines...and today the woman responsible for her death pled guilty. It was a first day of school a classroom of third graders will probably never forget. When the teacher was reportedly acting weird, a school official checked in and thought the teacher smelled of booze. And the clean-up continues in the wake of tropical storm Hilary which dumped nearly a year's worth of rain in some areas in just a matter of hours. One of those places was Cathedral City, near Palm Springs, where desert sands were transformed into dangerous mud. At one assisted living facility, they needed earth movers to rescue some of the elderly residents. Plus, in the heat of the summer, there's nothing more refreshing than ice cream. However, there was something terribly wrong at one ice cream shop - three people died and six others ended up in the hospital after having milkshakes. And she's a former juvenile court judge now starring on her own TV show. And she's a victim of groping and she says it left her shattered.
