Najwa is a Chartered Structural Engineer in the UK with nearly 13 years of experience. She’s worked on multiple types of projects and become one of the top voices and role models in Structural Engineering for women who want to go down the route.

The result of these contributions?

She’s been named one of the top 50 rising stars in Science and Engineering and received the Best Young Woman Engineer award at the European Women in Construction and Engineering organization. 😲

Now, in this episode, she dives into the details of this success journey in this field packed with men, her tips for other women to succeed as well, and the biggest enemy they’ll need to beat if they want to do so. (Hint: it’s not men. 😉)
