Garcia is convicted of killing 4 people over several years in the Omaha NE area…… and technically, that makes him a serial killer. BUT – was he really a serial….or was he a jaded psychopath with a specific hit list, seeking revenge on Creighton University? AND…….did he really even commit these murders at all?
