Sandra Hsu- Share Your Asian Story and Stopping Asian Hate - Episode #72

Episode Description: “Where are you from?” An innocent question right? Maybe not. Asian people are asked the question “Where are you from?” incessantly. After the pandemic began in 2020, hate crimes against Asian people increased by over 70%. Asians were targeted, ridiculed, and their businesses shunned and forced to close. Today my guest, artist Sandra Hsu, shares her experience as an Asian American woman during the pandemic. She tells us about the platform she created called “Share Your Asian Story” that helps educate and inform through art and storytelling. Show Notes: Connect with Sandra!
