Vera Wagman- On Healing Generational Trauma through the documentary “Petit Rat” - Episode #79

Episode Description: Vera Wagman tells the story of how she bravely tackled generational trauma between herself, her Mother and sister through an amazing, and very personal, documentary. “Petit Rat" tells the story of one Mothers unfulfilled dream to be a ballerina, and two daughters who tried desperately to carry it forward no matter the cost to themselves. We’re going to talk about the pressure to be Moms, our relationship to our own Mothers and how we can heal our generational traumas.
