My guest today is my friend, Andy Stumpf. I heard he was making a trip to Maine about a week after I got here so I reached out and scheduled a conversation on this podcast. We had a day of archery, Jiu-Jitsu, a podcast session, and finished it off with a lobster bake with our friends, Pete Roberts, and Brian Littlefield.

If you don't know who Andy Stumpf is, he is a retired Navy SEAL, avid bow hunter, and a base jumping, wingsuit flying mad man. But, in addition to that, he's one of the most level-headed men that I know. I think a lot of that has been developed to even out his quest for adventure.

You're going to enjoy this one as it's not so much of an interview but two men talking about the challenges and struggles that are part of life.
